Delivery will take place domestically (Germany) and to our customers in Italy.

Germany:

Since the satisfaction of our customers is our focus, we currently offer free shipping to Germany for orders over €25 .

For orders below €25 we charge shipping costs of €2.99 (including VAT).

Italy:

Since the satisfaction of our customers is our focus, we currently offer free shipping to Italy for orders over €100 .

For orders below €100 we charge shipping costs of €11.99 (including VAT).

Delivery times
We will ship your order within 48 hours of purchase to speed up the delivery process. Experience shows that delivery takes place within 1-3 working days after purchase. Please note that our shipping partners do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

We ship our products in a climate-friendly manner with DHL Go Green and use as little packaging material as necessary. In the near future, the boxes used will be made from 100% recycled materials - we will report when the time comes!
